Jim Forde has secured an unusual small business placement in Scrabster. He is working as an assistant chef in the Captain’s Galley restaurant, winner of the Seafood’s Award 2009.

In May 2008 I started work in the Radioactive Waste Management Directorate of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority.
This is a branch of the NDA that is responsible for setting up a UK Geological Disposal Facility for higher activity wastes.
